Ladyoak

I was just recently searching for some free custom shapes for Photoshop. I bounced around a few sites and then came across Ladyoak. Ladyoak is a great source for Photoshop shapes, brushes, styles, actions, and more. The site requires you to register in order to access the downloads, but the downloads are FREE... and there are a lot to choose from. Just try to ignore the... *ahem* Joomla.. .*cough* section (it's .

Don't Make Me Think!

I forgot where I got the suggestion for this book, but I added it to a Christmas list somewhere and behold! It was quite a surprise to get this for Christmas because most of my family does not understand what I do, much less understand what tech books I would actually read and use.

Woork

Woork isn't exactly targeted at Drupal.
In fact, I haven't seen anything about Drupal on it yet. The search results for Drupal yield nothing, and I must say I was quite disappointed to see the list of CMS platforms and no reference to Drupal... *sigh*

Mustardseed Media

Mustardseed Media was a site that a friend in the local Drupal Indy Group pointed me to. He had been looking for some good theming tutorials and found what he was looking for there. Mustardseed Media does a GREAT job of creating quick and to-the-point tutorials that will give you a good overview of Drupal functionality. These podcasts are good for new and old Drupal users. I found myself taking not on some of the suggestions they give in some of their tutorials.
